1। Given Necessary Health Service to come in all Male -Female, Old- Young, Child in U.S.C.

2। Supplied O.R.S  for Diarrhoea Patients.

3।  Given Necessary advice with ANC and supplied Iron Tablet to come in Pregnant Woman in U.S.C.

4।  Given Preventive Tika of Woman & Child  under EPI Programme.

5।  Given Health Education about Health Nutrition & Reproductive health to come in Patients in U.S.C.

6। Maintaining Reproductive health & Family planning Programme to come in Adolesent( Boy& Girl)  and Competent Couple.

7।  Refered the Patients to Upazila & District Hospital( In Case of)

8। There are Necessary Information Recorded in Notice Board  which are seen by all in a place.

9।  Given medicine free  according to supply from U.S.C. But  Necessity to treatment  service holder's would bay some medicine from won cost.

10।  Hanging Physicians list, Services list,  and Stock medicines list in Board of U.S.C.
